What is Cloud Cabinet?
Web-based Cloud Cabinet (formerly CyberCabinet)—the practical document management system — does a lot more than just eliminating paper in your office. It lets you access documents from anywhere at any time, helps you store documents electronically by letting you upload them on a secure webserver, and offers you the convenience of accessing those documents whenever you need them. Plus, Cloud Cabinet securely stores firm documents offsite for improved disaster recovery.
Cloud Cabinet technology uses 128-bit encryption which is the most secure encryption available, used by all financial institutions. You will not get the same level of protection with email or regular mail. It is fully compliant with confidentiality and privacy requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

If you would like to see how easy it is to use Cloud Cabinet, click LOG IN button in the main menu, enter "SAMPLE" for user name and password (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS).
Once there, you will see three links: Cloud Cabinet, Tax Organizer and Accountant-Client Messaging. Click on Cloud Cabinet link and then select folder "Reports". There you will find two documents explaining benefits of using the Cloud Cabinet and instructions how to upload and download documents. The Tax Organizer allows you to organize all data for individual tax return in one place before submitting it for our processing.
The Accountant-Client Messaging establishes a secure connection between you and one of our staff members. You can ask any questions, send information and chat with our staff without jeopardizing your privacy. In order to use it, click "Install On My Machine" link and follow prompts and instructions.
